Cardano Foundation Recovers Millions Lost to SecondFi Hack
SecondFi has partnered with the Cardano Foundation to recover $16.1 million in stolen ADA, equivalent to approximately $2.6 million.
The partnership comes after SecondFi's services were shut down due to a cryptographic flaw that led to the theft of 16.1 million ADA.
Emurgo had handed over responsibilities for TOKEN2049 to the Cardano Foundation as its priority was recovering assets for affected users, stating it could not fulfill this obligation.
