Cardano Founder Seeks Community Support for ADA Revival
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson is urging the ADA community to unite behind efforts to restore the network's competitive position. Despite losing ground in the broader crypto market, Hoskinson claims Cardano has made notable technical progress over the past two years.
Hoskinson points to several key developments, including the activation of the van Rossem hard fork and the launch of the RealFi testnet, which he believes reinforce Cardano's long-term vision. He also acknowledges that the ecosystem's market position, brand strength, and reputation within the crypto industry have weakened over the same period.
Hoskinson emphasizes the importance of getting Cardano 'back to winning again,' stating that a stronger ADA benefits developers, investors, and the entire ecosystem. He remains committed to the project's long-term roadmap, despite facing challenges in 2026, including a 49.21% decline in value since the beginning of the year.
Hoskinson rejects claims that Cardano has become a failed experiment, arguing that critics often focus on price performance while overlooking the network's consistent technical progress.
