Cardano Futures Volume Surges as Price Dips Below Key Support

Cardano (ADA) took a hit on Thursday as futures volume soared to $651.78 million, exceeding spot market activity by nearly six times.

The price of ADA dropped around 3% in the past 24 hours, settling at approximately $0.211 after a near 5% decline.

Traders are keeping an eye on Cardano's derivatives market, which shows significant leverage as open interest stands at $445.52 million.

The token is currently trading above its key short- and medium-term moving averages, clustered between $0.19 and $0.21, but a decisive close below the 20-day EMA at $0.2094 could weaken Cardano's constructive short-term structure.
