Cardano Gains Native Support in Open Payments Protocol

Cardano has secured significant payments integration after being natively supported in the official x402 codebase.

The implementation, contributed by Cardano Foundation engineers, allows developers building x402-based applications and AI agents to use Cardano through standardized infrastructure available for other supported networks.

This includes client, server, and facilitator components as well as working examples, with support covering Cardano mainnet, preprod, and preview.
