Cardano Holds Ground at $0.20 Support Amidst Resistance Zone
The Cardano price has been holding steady at $0.20 support amidst a key resistance zone, according to KuCoin. This comes after Cardano rallied 2.42% in the past 24 hours and saw an Open Interest increase of 2.5%. The altcoin has also seen a significant gain over the past month, rising 17.7%.
The recent gains coincided with a Bitcoin rally above $80k, but while BTC has since fallen below this level, Cardano's price continued to hold its ground. However, investors should be aware of some warning signs in the data.
Looking at different timeframes, ADA shows both bullish and bearish signals. The 20-week Moving Average is currently at $0.198, which has been flipped to support for now. However, Cardano still needs to break through the $0.26-$0.28 area, a key overhead supply zone, in order to confirm a long-term uptrend.
The CMF reading of -0.10 indicates capital outflows from ADA markets on the weekly timeframe. This suggests that investors should be cautious and consider taking profits if Cardano reaches $0.26. On the other hand, if the price moves below $0.20, it could signal a bearish shift in the market.
