Cardano's ADA price has rebounded after a constitutional committee vote cleared on September 1, securing four seats and addressing governance concerns.

The vote helped to ease overhangs and sparked buying interest, with ADA gaining 3.26% in the past 24 hours to trade near $0.2076.

Buyers stepped in near $0.1991, pushing the price above both the 20-day EMA at $0.2006 and the 100-day EMA at $0.1976.

As ADA approaches the next test at $0.2132, a level that matches the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement and a descending trendline from May's high near $0.29, buyers will need to close above both barriers to extend their recovery.

Cardano's Chaikin Money Flow stands at 0.16 and has risen since late August, indicating strengthening buying activity, but ADA remains below its 200-day EMA at $0.2437, signaling a longer-term reversal is still pending.
