Cardano's (ADA) price dropped by 3.74% on July 24 to $0.167, amidst concerns over the passage of the CLARITY Act bill.

Coin founder Charles Hoskinson warned that President Trump's ties to the crypto sector are delaying the bill's progress.

Hoskinson stated that the debate around the CLARITY Act has been reduced to three talking points: crypto, Trump, and corruption.

He noted that Trump's ties to the crypto sector, including his reported $1.4 billion in profit from 2025 crypto activities, are pushing Democratic senators away from voting for the bill.
