Cardano Price Fights Trendline as Enterprise Adoption Gains Momentum
Cardano's (ADA) price has been struggling to break above a descending trendline on its chart, but there may be more going on beneath the surface. The coin is currently trading at $0.2075, down around 2.85% in the last day.
The trendline has been capping every attempt by ADA to move higher for days now, with the price pulling back and testing it again. This pattern suggests that sellers are still in control, but there is also a sense of indecision among traders.
However, Cardano's ecosystem is quietly building something that could have a significant impact on its price. The project has been working on an AI agent infrastructure called Masumi, which aims to solve key pain points for AI agents around wallets, identity, payments, and records. According to a post by Angry Crypto Show on X, the Cardano Foundation shared an update on Masumi, highlighting its potential to drive enterprise adoption.
This news has been largely overlooked by traders focused on the price action, but it could be a game-changer for ADA. As Frederik Gregaard, lead of the Cardano Foundation, noted earlier, Sokosumi already counts more than 400 clients using AI agents, including big names like BMW and Lufthansa.
For now, the trendline remains in control, with the price struggling to break above $0.2150. If it manages a close above this level, the next resistance to watch sits at $0.2323, followed by $0.2580. However, if sellers keep control and the price closes below $0.1988, a breakdown scenario could unfold, with the price potentially falling towards $0.1892.
