Cardano Price Hangs in Balance at $0.205
Cardano's price stability is being tested as it trades near $0.205, just above its closely watched $0.20 support level.
The token has not decisively lost this area since September, but derivatives positioning has weakened, with the long-to-short ratio at 0.91 and funding rate turning negative at -0.0007%.
Alex Marzell warns that losing the $0.2051 shelf would leave limited nearby support, opening a path toward $0.173 and eventually $0.150 if a decisive close under the 38.2% Fibonacci level occurs.
However, the bullish case requires ADA to hold the $0.198-$0.200 EMA cluster, reclaim $0.210, and then push toward $0.231 before challenging the $0.236-$0.245 resistance zone around the 200-day EMA.
