Cardano Price Holds Firm at $0.20, But Key Resistance Zone Looms

Cardano's price has been steadily increasing over the past month, up 17.7% in that time. In the last 24 hours alone, ADA has rallied 2.42%, with an accompanying increase of 2.5% in Open Interest. This momentum is largely tied to Bitcoin's recent rally above $80k, although BTC has since fallen back below this level.

Despite this, Cardano's price continues to hold onto the $0.20 support zone. However, investors are being warned that this may not be sustainable if the altcoin fails to break through the key overhead supply zone of $0.26-$0.28. The 20-week Moving Average has been flipped to support at $0.198, but ADA is still below this zone.

The CMF reading on the weekly timeframe shows capital outflows from ADA markets, which could be a warning sign for investors. Meanwhile, swing traders may want to consider taking profits if the price moves toward $0.26. A drop below the $0.20 area would indicate a bearish shift in the market.
