Cardano Price Hovers at $0.21 as Analysts Debate Recovery Chances
Cardano's price has been hovering around $0.21, after experiencing a 16% contraction from its recent local high of $0.25. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) dropped to near 30 points, indicating the asset is close to the oversold zone.
According to Jesse Olson, a technical market analyst, ADA's 4-hour chart has completed four downside targets and found immediate support. This indicates strength in the short-term technical structure, potentially opening the door to fresh bullish momentum if recent lows hold.
Sssebi, another market analyst, suggested that confirmation of a positive trend will depend on the asset's ability to sustain itself into the weekly close. A weekly candle close above the $0.21 zone would represent a decisive signal to reignite buying interest in the market.
However, not all analysts are bullish on ADA's prospects. An analyst from Rand Group argued that the current chart structure reflects temporary weakness, although they acknowledged that the asset has posted significant recoveries in previous cycles following prolonged periods of price compression.
