Cardano Price Seeks Breakout as Leios Test Yields Promising Results
Cardano's price is eyeing a breakout at $0.23 as the network continues to perform well after its recent update to Ouroboros Leios.
The testnet has already shown significant improvements, with throughput capacity increasing by 500% on the first test. This increase in processing power could strengthen the broader positive sentiment around Cardano's network development.
According to TradingView data, ADA is currently trading above the $0.2004 support level and is forming a positive short-term structure. The upper Bollinger Band stands at $0.2344, which serves as an immediate resistance level for the price to breach.
The derivatives market is also indicating a gradual recovery, with Cardano open interest rising to around $580 million before dropping back to about $480 million on August 27. This decline suggests that some derivatives positions were unwound after the previous increase in the price.
