Cardano Price Tumbles Below $0.17 as Bearish Signals Pile Up
Cardano's price has been on a downward trend since August, and recent bearish signals have strengthened this outlook. According to analyst Ali Martinez, the number of Cardano whale wallets holding between 1 million and 10 million ADA declined from 2,370 on August 2 to 2,340.
The market value to realized value (MVRV) ratio also formed a death cross with its seven-day simple moving average, indicating softer momentum after a strong price move. This crossover arrived as whale balances declined, giving Martinez another bearish measure.
Additionally, the TD Sequential indicator on Cardano's daily chart produced a sell signal, which could precede a pullback lasting between one and four daily candlesticks. With these three measures in place, Martinez is focusing on Cardano's price breaking $0.170 as it shifts attention toward $0.144.
