Cardano Quietly Surges 25% as Retail Investors Remain Unaware
While Bitcoin remains stagnant within a certain price range, another cryptocurrency has quietly been gaining ground. Cardano (ADA) is among the top 100 crypto assets by market capitalization and has achieved an impressive weekly gain of 25%. Its price recently reached $0.195 for the first time since July 4th.
An analysis from Santiment reveals that despite this rise, investor behavior suggests individual investors have not yet made a strong comeback to the market. On-chain data shows a decrease in wallets with non-zero balances on the Cardano network by 7,070 compared to two months ago.
This indicates that larger investors or institutional buyers are absorbing selling pressure and supporting the price increase. It appears retail investor interest has not yet fully followed the current rally.
