Cardano's rally has lost steam, and the cryptocurrency may be heading back towards its $0.19 support level. According to Invezz, the ADA short is currently selling Cardano via perpetual futures or a CFD short due to weakening retail demand for ADA futures.

The technical outlook for Cardano has also deteriorated, with sellers targeting the 50-day Exponential Moving Average at $0.1898. The 200-day EMA, currently around $0.2483, is another crucial level that must be reclaimed by Cardana to restore its bullish outlook.

A decisive daily close below the 50-day EMA could accelerate the correction toward an ascending trendline near $0.1705, which may determine whether ADA maintains its broader recovery structure or enters a deeper decline.
