Cardano Whale Accumulation Fails to Boost ADA Price Amid Market Uncertainty
Cardano's ADA token has seen a significant increase in whale accumulation over the past week, but this trend hasn't translated into sustained price momentum. According to data from Santiment, addresses holding between 1 million and 10 million ADA have added approximately 150 million tokens worth around $108 million in the last 10 days.
This accumulation trend often suggests large holders are positioning for a price rebound, but it has not guaranteed immediate price appreciation. Despite whale buying, ADA's price remains range-bound between $0.68 and $0.75 for over two weeks.
The market's overall performance is closely tied to Bitcoin, which has struggled to break above $70,000 resistance. Regulatory uncertainty persists, particularly in the U.S., where the SEC's classification of ADA as a security continues to create legal overhang.
