Cardano's ADA Craters 6% in 24 Hours Amid Divided Analyst Opinions

Cardano's native token, ADA, has experienced a 6% decline in value over the past 24 hours. This correction follows a significant rally that saw the asset surge by 22% over the last two weeks.

The revival of the market was prompted by the US Treasury Department's monetary policy changes, among other factors. As a result, ADA reached a three-month high above $0.25 before pulling back to around $0.21 as of press time.

Analysts are divided on what this correction means for ADA's future price action. Some believe it could be a healthy correction, while others predict a deeper downtrend to as low as $0.164 if the decline continues.

X user SBlockSpy noted that the token was rejected around $0.22 and is closely monitoring the pullback. They predicted a deeper downtrend if the dump continues, but also suggested that buyers stepping up could trigger an initial surge to $0.24, then $0.30.
