Cardano's Hoskinson Backs Possible Technical Cooperation with Ethereum
Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano (ADA), has publicly endorsed the possibility of technical cooperation between Cardano and Ethereum. He believes that both ecosystems could benefit from sharing technological innovations, allowing for engineering-level collaboration.
Hoskinson suggested that Ethereum's developer community should consider reviewing Cardano's approach to implementing new smart contract functions on a UTXO (unspent transaction output)-based blockchain, which he thinks could strengthen interoperability between the two ecosystems.
He also stated that if such integration happens, developers' work across Cardano-related projects, including Midnight, could become more convenient. Hoskinson emphasized that recognition of technological advances and a willingness to collaborate would be enough, without needing to exchange money or revisit past conflicts.
