Cardano's Midnight Shift and AlphaGrowth DeFi Audit Send ADA Price Soaring

Cardano's ADA price rose to $0.2087 on Wednesday, up over 3.8% intraday and bucking a weekly decline of more than 2.3%, according to CoinGecko data.

This comes as the Midnight Foundation announced it will no longer maintain its dedicated developer relations team, opting instead to use AI tools to bring in non-technical builders.

AlphaGrowth, meanwhile, published its first Cardano DeFi audit and opened a grant program tied to it, identifying 25 areas where improvements are needed, including dual-stack wallets and a real EVM-to-Cardano bridge.
