The Cardano ADA market outlook is sending mixed signals to traders, with large holders quietly buying while short sellers pay a premium to hold bearish bets.

According to Bitget, ADA's price has been rejected at the 50-day EMA near $0.176, keeping the medium-term structure bearish.

The long-to-short ratio stands at 1.07, indicating a modestly bullish signal, but perpetual futures funding rates turned negative on Thursday and held at approximately -0.014 on Friday, reflecting competing sentiment signals.

Despite this, large Cardano holders (whales) have accumulated roughly 120 million ADA since Monday, according to Santiment data, which could indicate that sophisticated investors see value at current levels.
