Cardano's Quiet Price Cycle: Upgrades Piled Up for Next Bull Run
Cardano's ADA has been trading at a fraction of its all-time high of $3.10, reached in September 2021. Despite this, the project is still active and making significant progress with its roadmap for 2026.
The team has already shipped real progress, including the van Rossem hard fork, LayerZero integration, Reeve on-chain audit framework, Pyth oracle integrations, and enterprise pilots such as one with Volvo. The next few months of 2026 carry the heaviest items on the calendar, including Dijkstra Phase 1, Amaru, Hydra, Midgard, and RealFi's mainnet launch.
While some traders may be deterred by ADA's significant drawdown from its all-time high, crypto commentator David Gokhshtein notes that many coins have come back strong after brutal price drops. He argues that judging an opportunity on its own merits rather than personal biases can mean missing out on a potential move.
