Cardone Capital Hits $6 Billion in Assets with Massive Florida Acquisition
Cardone Capital has reached a major milestone, surpassing $6 billion in assets under management (AUM) following its acquisition of a $600 million real estate portfolio in Florida. The company's founder, Grant Cardone, announced that the firm now manages a total of approximately $6 billion in AUM.
The acquisition of the $600 million Florida portfolio further strengthens Cardone Capital's position in one of the country's fastest-growing real estate regions. Florida has experienced significant population growth and increased housing demand in recent years, making it an attractive destination for long-term property investment.
Grant Cardone also revealed that Cardone Capital now owns more than 2,500 BTC, which he views as a strategic treasury asset capable of diversifying portfolios. This move aligns with the company's strategy of combining institutional-scale real estate investments with long-term exposure to Bitcoin.
