Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is in for a busy week, according to ING's Frantisek Taborsky. The region will see key data releases from Czech inflation, Turkey's inflation report, and Poland's GDP and core inflation numbers.

The CEE assets remain driven by global headlines, higher oil prices, and narrowing rate differentials. EUR/CZK is in focus after closing above 24.250 and has an upside risk towards 24.300.

Tuesday will see the final Czech inflation data, with headline CPI expected to be confirmed at 1.7%. Core inflation is expected to remain unchanged around 2.8-2.9%.

On Thursday, Turkey's central bank will publish its inflation report, while Poland will release its final CPI, likely confirming 3.0%, alongside 2Q GDP growth accelerating to 3.8% YoY from 3.5% YoY in 1Q26.
