Centrifuge Taps Symbiotic for Instant Liquidity on $2B Tokenized Funds
Centrifuge has integrated Symbiotic's Liquid Lane liquidity network across approximately $2 billion in tokenized funds. The integration covers three specific funds: JAAA and JTRSY, both managed by Janus Henderson, and HYB, managed by New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM). Eligible holders of these tokenized assets can now receive immediate USDC liquidity instead of waiting through traditional redemption windows that can stretch up to 180 days.
Symbiotic's Liquid Lane operates through an on-chain Request for Quote (RFQ) system. When a holder wants to redeem their tokenized fund position, market makers tap into curator-managed Symbiotic vaults to provide instant USDC in exchange. The market makers earn DeFi yields on the collateral they post to the vaults, creating an economic incentive loop that keeps liquidity available without requiring a centralized intermediary to sit on a pile of stablecoins.
Janus Henderson's tokenized assets through Centrifuge exceeded $1.3 billion in 2025, making it one of the largest institutional deployments of tokenized funds in the market. The JAAA and JTRSY funds carried a combined value of roughly $883 million as of August 2026. Adding NYLIM's HYB fund to the Liquid Lane integration pushes the total across the $2 billion threshold.
