Chainlink Powers Nuva's Blockchain-Based Housing Credit in DeFi
Nuva, a platform that connects institutional financial assets to decentralized finance, has adopted Chainlink as its exclusive data infrastructure provider. This integration brings blockchain-based housing credit into DeFi through Chainlink's on-chain data feeds.
The $19 billion real-world asset market is now connected with Ethereum and its growing network of financial applications. This connection enables users to access tokenized exposure to short-term financing backed by residential housing loans, including U.S. home equity lines of credit.
Nuva's private credit vault, nvPRIME, supports yields above 7% through Figure-originated residential housing loans. Users can deposit USDC and receive tokens representing their share of the vault's holdings.
