Chainlink's price has broken a multi-month downtrend and whales are taking notice. According to Santiment analytics, there were 246 separate transactions exceeding $100,000 each in the last 24 hours, marking the highest daily whale count in five months.

The LINK whales now hold 46.57% of the total supply, with wallets holding between 100,000 and 10,000,000 LINK controlling 466.31 million coins. This surge has come with real balance growth, not just noise from transfers or exchange shuffling.

Standard Chartered Bank's price projection for Chainlink is a staggering $200 by 2030, which would be a 2,300% increase from the current price. The bank sees Chainlink as core infrastructure for the expected $4 trillion tokenization wave it expects by 2028.

The recent breakout has set up LINK for a potential 23% extended rally, with the next key level to watch lying around $10.87. If bulls succeed in taking out this price level, Chainlink will likely rally higher to retest the yearly high ($12.20) before either retracing or breaking out.
