Chainlink Price Soars After Project Pangea Launch Brings Banks Worth $10T On-Chain
Chainlink's price has been on the rise after it powered a live trade with JPMorgan and CME Group as part of Project Pangea, which brought together over 50 banks worth $10 trillion in assets under management (AUM) to build T+0 cross-border FX settlement on Chainlink rails.
The DTCC also processed the tokenized securities trade, powered by Chainlink. This has attracted fresh institutional attention and sustained buying pressure, with whale accumulation at a five-month high.
According to Santiment, 246 separate transactions of $100,000 or more in a single 24-hour period is the highest daily whale transaction count in five months.
The Chainlink price prediction points to $9.541 on the bullish side and $7.897 on the bearish side, with LINK trading at $8.753 today after breaking above the descending trendline that's capped every recovery attempt since May.
