Chainlink Price Tumbles to New Lows as Exchange Reserves Plummet

Chainlink's price has been steadily declining over the past month, reaching a new low of $8.31 on July 24th. This decrease comes despite some initial intraday gains, with prices briefly touching $8.55 before sellers took hold and pushed the price back down to around $8.30.

The market value of Chainlink has been affected by a sharp decline in exchange reserves, which have fallen to multi-year lows. Data from BraveNewCoin shows that approximately 25 million LINK tokens have left exchanges over the past month, resulting in an outflow of about $170 million.

Technical analysis suggests that Chainlink's price is still supported and can dip as low as $8.30 without significant impact. However, interest in holding the price above $8.50 could lead to higher values, especially if Bitcoin continues to follow a bullish trend.
