Chainlink Sees Largest Daily Outflow Since June as Institutional Adoption Rises
Chainlink (LINK) has experienced its largest daily net outflow since June 29, with 1.26 million tokens leaving centralized exchanges in the past 24 hours.
This marks a significant shift in supply dynamics, as coins moving off exchanges reduce liquidity and ease pressure on the price in the short term.
The timing of this outflow is notable, given the growing institutional adoption of Chainlink's infrastructure. Recent developments include DTCC processing tokenized security trades using Chainlink's infrastructure and BitGo migrating over $7.7 billion in Wrapped Bitcoin to Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) network.
The CCIP transfer volume reached 4.9 billion dollars in the second quarter of 2026, representing a 353 percent increase from the same period last year. Additionally, staking participation has remained near capacity at 40.875 million tokens.
