Chainlink Token Price May Hit $200 By 2030, Predicts Standard Chartered
Standard Chartered's digital assets team has made an ambitious prediction about Chainlink's LINK token. They forecast that it could reach $200 by 2030, driven by the growth of tokenized assets on public blockchains.
The team expects tokenized assets to hit $4 trillion by 2028, split between stablecoins and real-world assets. Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) will play a key role in facilitating blockchain communication and asset transfers.
With $18 billion in CCIP transaction volume in Q1 2026 and partnerships with major financial institutions, Chainlink is well-positioned to capture growing fees from the expanding tokenization market. However, the price target depends on sustained tokenization growth, Chainlink's competitive edge, favorable fee structures, and regulatory clarity.
