Chainlink Token Surges 45% to Seven-Month High on Institutional Demand
Chainlink's LINK token has hit a seven-month high, trading at $18.23 on March 6, 2025, after gaining 45% in value over the past month.
The surge is largely due to increasing demand from decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and growing institutional interest in blockchain oracle solutions, according to data from CoinGecko.
Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol has gained traction among institutions, enabling secure data transfer across multiple blockchains, while its oracle network provides real-world data to smart contracts on blockchains.
