Chainlink Volume Surges as Price Nears Critical Resistance
Chainlink's price has been on a tear, climbing from $8 to over $13.50 in August-September before correcting to around $11. However, the asset is showing no signs of slowing down as trading volume surges, pushing it towards a critical resistance level of $12.
The recent market volatility has brought about a sharp increase in futures volume on major exchanges like Binance, OKX, and Bybit. Despite net outflows suggesting cautious selling pressure, technical indicators are pointing to potential further gains if LINK breaks the $12 barrier with strong spot demand.
According to the data, futures volume surged 65% within 24 hours as Chainlink attempted to recover from a recent price correction. The asset is currently trading around $11.40, and the $12 resistance level is in focus after a strong rally from $8 to over $13.50.
