Chainlink Whale Activity Surges to Five-Month High Amid Growing Institutional Adoption
Chainlink (LINK) whale activity has reached a five-month high, according to blockchain analytics firm Santiment. Large wallets holding between 100,000 and 10 million LINK tokens now control approximately 46.57% of the total supply.
This surge in whale activity coincides with growing holdings among major LINK investors. The increased demand comes as Chainlink continues expanding its infrastructure across various areas such as CCIP, tokenized assets, stablecoins, institutional data, and cross-chain finance.
Crypto analyst Crypto Patel believes that a confirmed higher-timeframe close above $10.87 could trigger a structural expansion toward $25, $50, and ultimately $100. Van de Poppe also sees potential for LINK price recovery, identifying $11 and $15 as key upside targets.
