Chainlink's LINK token has seen significant gains in recent hours, surging over 10% in the past 24 hours and hitting a high of $13.308. This price increase comes as trading volume jumps by 25% to reach nearly $503 million.
The surge is accompanied by an 8.26% rise in derivatives open interest to around $697 million, indicating increased trader activity. Technical analysts have noted resistance at $14.50-$15 and a medium-term target of $20 for LINK.
Meanwhile, Wyoming's FRNT stablecoin has adopted Chainlink's Proof of Reserve technology, enhancing transparency and compliance. Market watchers are cautiously optimistic about LINK's ability to hold above the $12 support level and break through resistance near $13.30 for further gains.
