Chainlink's Meteoric Rise Hits Roadblock as Red Flags Emerge
Chainlink's recent price surge has brought it to new heights, but some analysts are sounding cautionary notes. The cryptocurrency has risen by a significant 95% in just two months, from around $7 to a recent high of $13.77.
However, according to Ali Martinez, several red flags are emerging that could indicate a cooldown is imminent. One key concern is the decline in large holder transactions, with those worth over $1 million dropping from 59 to just 10 on September 7th.
Additionally, exchange deposits have increased, with 1.75 million LINK moving onto exchanges and the total exchange balance rising from 269.25 million to approximately 271 million units. This combination of factors has led Martinez to suggest that a cooldown could be on the horizon after Chainlink's strong advance.
