Circle, the company behind the USDC stablecoin, has signed a principal partnership with Chelsea Football Club. The deal will put the USDC branding on the club's men's, women's, and academy shirts from the 2026/27 season.

The agreement gives one of crypto's largest stablecoins a prominent place in global sports marketing. According to Circle co-founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire, the partnership connects them with a global sports community built on the 'borderless vision' of money working seamlessly for everyone everywhere.

Circle Chief Commercial Officer Kash Razzaghi stated that USDC on the iconic Chelsea jersey shows the world what the future of global finance looks like: open, borderless, and built for everyone. The sponsorship also reflects a broader change in crypto marketing as stablecoin issuers occupy the space of exchanges and token platforms.
