Chelsea Unveils Circle as Front-of-Shirt Sponsor with USDC Branding
Circle Internet Group has become Chelsea's principal partner and official front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2026/27 season, marking a significant move for the digital dollar brand to expand its visibility beyond financial markets and into mainstream global audiences.
The agreement places Circle and its USDC stablecoin on the men's, women's, and academy shirts of Chelsea, one of football's most internationally recognized clubs. The branding will debut when Chelsea hosts Brighton & Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire said the partnership reflects the company's broader vision for accessible and borderless digital money. Meanwhile, Chelsea described the agreement as part of its continuing focus on digital innovation.
The sponsorship also expands Chelsea's recent connections with the cryptocurrency industry. The club previously partnered with crypto exchange BingX, which served as its men's training-kit partner during the 2025/26 season.
