Earnings of 18 cents per share beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 12.5%, while adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $143 million. Revenue less distribution costs (RLDC) increased 15% to $289 million, with an expanded margin of 41.2%.
Circle raised its 2026 other-revenue guidance to $310-$330 million and lifted RLDC margin guidance to 41.7-43.7%. USDC held on Circle's platform reached $12.4 billion at quarter-end, a 106% year-over-year increase.
