Circle Stock Plunges Amid Selling Pressure
Circle's stock price has taken a hit, falling by 7.31% to $87.35. This decline is significant enough that Circle now trades below both its short- and medium-term moving averages.
The company had announced a partnership with Chelsea FC earlier this year, which would see the USDC brand featured on all major team kits from the 2026/27 season. However, despite this promising development, trading has remained under selling pressure.
According to technical analysis, CRCL currently finds support at $84.92, its long-term MA-200 level. Meanwhile, immediate resistance is seen at $90.25, the Ichimoku Kijun line. Momentum indicators are mixed, with MACD and Bull/Bear Power indicating a strong sell signal, while Stochastic RSI is in oversold territory.
Looking ahead, analysts predict that CRCL will consolidate within a volatile band between $82.67 and $92.03 over the next 2-3 sessions. If selling pressure persists, a break below $82.67 support could trigger further declines.
