Circle Stock Price Dips Despite Exceeding Wall Street Estimates
Circle's stock price has taken a dip in pre-market trading despite its net income exceeding Wall Street estimates.
The company reported mixed earnings results for Q2 FY26, with revenue of $701 million coming in slightly below expectations but earnings per share and net income beating forecasts at $0.18 and $48 million respectively.
However, analysts at Mizuho maintained their bearish outlook on the stock, citing concerns over recent operating trends such as declining USDC in circulation, reduced on-chain transaction volumes, and margin pressure across the business.
Circle's stock price fell around 3% to $61.90 after soaring to a high of $63.25 in the prior session, with the company's shares having recorded a slump of over 20% so far this year.
