CLARITY Act Delay Risks Losing US Crypto Leadership

Share

Florida Rep. Mike Haridopolos has renewed his push for the CLARITY Act, warning that continued delays could push US crypto businesses and investment overseas.

The bill needs at least eight Democratic votes to overcome the Senate's procedural threshold, but Senate leaders have prioritized 74 federal nominees and a Russia sanctions bill over it.

Haridopolos defended the CLARITY Act during an appearance on Fox Business' Mornings with Maria, arguing that it is needed to keep digital asset activity within the United States.
