The U.S. SEC Chair Paul Atkins expects the Clarity Act to pass the Senate within two weeks, according to an interview on Fox Business.

The Clarity Act aims to clarify digital-asset trading standards and has already passed the House in July last year. It cleared the Senate Banking Committee in May this year but failed to advance in early August.

Industry participants believe that Bitcoin's direction could depend on the outcome of the Senate vote scheduled for September 15, which would be a decisive moment for the bill.
