Clarity Act Poised to Clear Senate Vote by September 15

The Clarity Act aims to clarify digital-asset trading standards and has already passed the House in July last year. It cleared the Senate Banking Committee in May this year but failed to advance in early August.
Industry participants believe that Bitcoin's direction could depend on the outcome of the Senate vote scheduled for September 15, which would be a decisive moment for the bill.
