The National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) has changed its stance on the CLARITY Act from opposition to neutral, providing a boost to hopes of regulatory clarity for XRP. Sen. Kevin Cramer sees a 'good chance' of passing the legislation before the November midterm elections if it clears a crucial September 15 vote.

The CLARITY Act aims to establish a regulatory framework for digital assets, which would give exchanges, asset managers, and other financial institutions greater confidence in XRP. Analysts believe that passage could be a strong catalyst for institutional adoption and price growth.

Standard Chartered's $28 XRP forecast for 2030 remains unchanged despite the recent market downturn. The bank's global head of digital assets research, Geoffrey Kendrick, initially published a year-by-year roadmap for XRP in 2025, which included targets up to 2030.
