CleanCore Abandons DOGE Treasury with $33.4 Million Sale
CleanCore Solutions has sold nearly all of its Dogecoin (DOGE) holdings for approximately $33.4 million, marking a significant shift in strategy for the NYSE American-listed company.
The sale, which took place on July 20, represents a dramatic reversal from CleanCore's initial ambition to acquire up to 5% of DOGE's circulating supply.
Launched in September 2025 with backing from House of Doge and a $175 million private placement involving investors including Pantera, GSR, FalconX and Borderless, the 'Official Dogecoin Treasury' had reported holdings exceeding 733.1 million DOGE by November 2025.
CleanCore has now redirected its capital towards an ambitious expansion into artificial-intelligence infrastructure, with plans to develop and operate data centers supporting AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads.
