CleanCore Abandons Dogecoin Treasury to Pursue $100M AI Infrastructure Push
CleanCore is shifting its focus from Dogecoin to AI infrastructure. The Nasdaq-listed company has revealed plans to liquidate its Dogecoin treasury holdings as part of a $100 million funding plan.
The company will issue 275.8 million shares, increasing common shares outstanding by 121.9% to 502.1 million. Warrants that could add another 524.2 million shares create further potential dilution for existing investors.
CleanCore's decision to pivot into AI infrastructure reflects a broader market trend, where public companies increasingly connect themselves with AI demand and data centers. The company is prioritizing AI over its meme-coin treasury strategy, which may make sense from management's perspective but will need to be justified by the new plan.
