CleanCore Ditches Dogecoin for Artificial Intelligence Ambitions
CleanCore Solutions has significantly altered its business strategy, shifting focus from managing a substantial Dogecoin ($DOGE) treasury to developing artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company sold nearly all of its approximately 463 million $DOGE tokens on July 20 for about $33.4 million.
The proceeds from the sale were used to fund CleanCore's AI data center investments, in addition to completing a $100 million initial public offering (IPO). This resulted in an increase of approximately 122% in the company's outstanding shares, reaching 502.1 million.
CleanCore announced that it has secured approximately $140 million in project equity for its AI data center campus in Minnesota, which includes funds from the sale of its Dogecoin holdings and net proceeds from the IPO.
