CleanCore Puts It All on the Line with $500M AI Bet
CleanCore Solutions, a company that specializes in cleaning products and holds a significant stash of Dogecoin, has made a massive commitment to AI infrastructure. The company's Minnesota data-center venture will see it invest up to $500 million in a project valued at $479 million over its initial 10-year term with Cerebras.
The estimated contract value is $800 million, but it can reach above $3 billion with optional renewals. CleanCore holds 79% of the joint venture and has made an initial contribution of $25 million to be followed by up to $15 million in four business days.
The company's balance sheet shows about $4.1 million in cash and a roughly $169 million accumulated deficit as of March 31. CleanCore also sold approximately 200 million DOGE for $18.4 million and retained 463,060,889 DOGE valued at around $44.3 million.
The company's next financing and liquidity disclosures will determine how much of the AI buildout it can fund without diluting shareholders or its joint-venture position.
