CleanCore Solutions Shifts Focus from Dogecoin, Invests in AI Data Centers
CleanCore Solutions has made a significant shift in its strategy by selling nearly all of its approximately 463 million Dogecoin (DOGE) tokens for about $33.4 million on July 20.
The proceeds from the sale were used to fund the company's AI data center investments, as well as its recent $100 million initial public offering (IPO). As a result of this transaction, the company's outstanding shares increased by approximately 122%, reaching 502.1 million.
CEO Tyler Hassen stated that the completed funding will accelerate the realization of the Minnesota campus, which has a contract value of approximately $800 million over the first 10 years with Cerebras Systems.
