CleanSpark Lands $6.6 Billion Lease for Sandersville Site
CleanSpark, a leading player in the digital infrastructure space, has secured a massive $6.6 billion lease for its Sandersville site. This 20-year triple-net lease with an investment-grade tenant is a significant milestone for the company, marking a shift towards diversifying its holdings.
The deal comes on the back of CleanSpark's financial performance in the third quarter of 2026, which saw the company report $761 million in working capital and $814.9 million in total Bitcoin holdings as of June 30, 2026. The firm has also completed equity funding and equipment pre-payments for the Sandersville project to ensure operational readiness.
CleanSpark operates a digital infrastructure portfolio exceeding 1.8 GW of power capacity across the United States, positioning it to serve the growing demand from the Bitcoin mining sector as well as high-performance computing and artificial intelligence industries.
