The deal comes on the back of CleanSpark's financial performance in the third quarter of 2026, which saw the company report $761 million in working capital and $814.9 million in total Bitcoin holdings as of June 30, 2026. The firm has also completed equity funding and equipment pre-payments for the Sandersville project to ensure operational readiness.
