Coinbase and Webull have formed a strategic partnership to bring cryptocurrency services to Canada.

The collaboration positions Coinbase as the primary infrastructure provider for Webull Canada Crypto Limited, allowing users to benefit from Coinbase's liquidity networks and secure custody solutions.

Webull Canada operates under the oversight of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), which is responsible for overseeing its operations.

According to data from an Ontario Securities Commission survey, cryptocurrency ownership among Canadians has reached 25%, a significant increase from the 10% recorded in 2023.
